Job Summary:

At ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to empowering children with unique abilities to thrive through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping our young clients discover and develop their superpowers. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RBT to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavioral treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Assist in creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Collaborate with BCBA and treatment team to modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress

• Provide support and training to family members and caregivers

• Stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and implement evidence-based strategies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience working with children with special needs or a related field

• RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
