• Provide individualize care.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Monitor and report changes in client condition or environment
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and agency staff
• Ensure client safety and promote a respectful and dignified care experience
• Comply with agency policies and safety standards

• Must meet agency’s hiring criteria and pass background checks and drug screen
• Thrives in a role with independence, balanced with the support of a caring team
• Must have valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must not smoke in clients’ homes
• Capable of recognizing changes in client condition and reporting as needed
• Cannot administer medication or perform tasks requiring a licensed nurse or therapist
• Experience providing care for vulnerable individual.
• 18+
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical

• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand for up to 5 hours per day
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds
• Able to use required tools and equipment for the role
