John and Eloise Hastings were inspired to start Homewatch Care Givers of Colorado Springs after caring for their own parents as they aged. We understand the emotional and practical challenges families face when a loved one needs extra support. That experience inspired our commitment to treat every client like family and to value every caregiver as an essential part of our team.
Our caregivers are at the heart of everything we do, and we recognize that it takes patience, compassion, and dedication to provide the care our clients deserve. We support and invest in our caregivers, providing them with the respect, training, and encouragement they need to succeed and grow.
Looking for people who find joy in helping and caring for others. Our caregivers don’t just assist with daily tasks- they go into homes in the most vulnerable time for our clients, making a difference by providing comfort, dignity, and connection. Join our small, family- owned business and become part of a team making a real difference in the community. By joining us, you won’t just be taking a job – you’ll be helping us grow, serve more families, and be a part of something bigger.
Help us build a company that cares – for our clients, our caregivers, and our community.
