Human Touch Home Care is looking for a personal care worker to join our team. We value our employees like family. We are a locally operated home care company that has been helping our clients to live their most healthful and fulfilling lives at home in the Colorado area.

Position:
Personal Care Worker (Caregiver) at Human Touch Home Health Care

• Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking services to the company’s patients.
• Attend to unskilled personal care services as required using the Rules and Regulations document provided by the Company.
• Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinics
• Provide assistance or standby assistance with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, mouth care, etc.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as directed
• Make beds, change and launder linens
• Wash dishes, prepare meals and grocery shop
• Clean stove, kitchen, bathroom, and the consumer living area and bedroom
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, take out trash, run errands as needed, mop floors (ensure floors are dry before leaving)
• Advise staffing director of requests which cannot be met or of unsafe conditions
• Be dependable to consumers and Company in both providing and documenting services on time sheets
• Additional responsibilities may be added as appropriate

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents
• Requires personal transportation, valid state issued driver’s license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law
• Some experience working with elderly and frail, but training is provided
• Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Schedule options: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
