Position: Medical Assistant - New Grads Welcome

We are looking for amotivated and compassionate full-time Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in Colorado Springs. In this dynamic role, you’ll support our medical providers by performing a blend of clinical and administrative responsibilities—playing a vital part in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic clinical duties and routine patient care, including taking vital signs, assisting with examinations, and preparing patients for procedures.
  • Support providers in the delivery of care by managing supplies, documentation, and clinical equipment.
  • Conduct standard clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and coordinating communications.
  • Provide compassionate, clear communication with patients and their families, building strong, positive relationships.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in a clinical setting.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively amid changing priorities and fast-paced circumstances.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
