Location:
Porch Light Health Clinic in Colorado Springs, CO.
Schedule:
- Tuesdays – Fountain
- Wednesdays – Cripple Creek/Woodland Park
- Thursdays – Partnership projects
- Fridays – Limon
- Saturdays – Pueblo

- Coordinate appointment booking and rescheduling with patients.
- Submit and track insurance prior authorizations.
- Take vitals, perform injections, and maintain ongoing patient communication.
- Act as primary contact for insurance-related questions, ensuring proper coverage.
- Maintain professional communication with providers and other medical staff.
- Assist with clinic administration: managing data, filing paperwork, maintaining patient records.
- Help open and close the clinic, ensuring tasks such as facility cleaning and paperwork are completed efficiently.
- Guide patients through paperwork, contracts, and medical protocols related to addiction treatment.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent certification.
- Phlebotomy experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to navigate multiple patient medical record platforms.
- Strong communication skills with patients, insurance companies, providers, and coworkers.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy clinic setting.
- Dependability and reliability; willingness to travel to multiple rural locations as needed.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience with EMR systems preferred. Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting, particularly addiction medicine, is a plus.
Work SettingIn‑person at the clinic. Rover to regional clinics.
Work Hours8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays required.
