The Resource Medical Assistant will be primarily responsible for assisting physicians CMAs with daily patient care, including rooming patients, data entry into EMR, cleaning instruments, assisting in chart prep, checking voicemails, responding to EPIC messages, and coordinating patient care with other departments within Colorado ENT & Allergy. The resource MA will be required to travel to any of our 3 locations.

Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

• Assist physicians and MAs with daily patient care, including rooming patients, data entry into EMR, cleaning instruments, assisting in chart prep, checking voicemails, responding to EPIC messages, and coordinating patient care with other departments within Colorado ENT & Allergy.
• Travel to any of the three locations as needed.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Active status is required for RMA or CCMA.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience providing patient care.
• Be a self-starter and an outstanding team player.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Be seeking a long-term role with a dynamic team.
• Attention to detail skills.

This position will be performed on site in a medical office setting.

Pay Range: $ per hour
