SCREENING OF APPLICANTS BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AND CONTINUES UNTIL POSITION IS FILLED
About the Position:
Days hours vary. This position is responsible for crisis evaluations, preauthorization requests, and coordination of admissions to Cedar Springs. The position consists of answering phone calls, conducting mental health evaluations, evaluating for involuntary commitments, making clinical recommendations for optimal level of care referrals and community adjustment, coordinating with community providers and referral sources, and facilitating internal admissions to Cedar Springs programs.
Needs to perform vitals, breathalyzer tests as well as temperature on each potential patient at time of evaluation.
Immediate consideration for overnight schedules.

COVID‑19 Vaccination MandateIn accordance with Colorado state public health order, all healthcare workers must be vaccinated, and the Company must verify vaccine status. Pursuant to this public health order, the following modes constitute as proof of vaccination:
- an electronic entry in the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS); OR
- an immunization record from a licensed healthcare provider who has administered a COVID‑19 vaccine to an individual who provides services for the facility or agency, specifying the vaccine administered, name and title of the person who administered the vaccine, address of the location where the vaccine was administered, and the date it was administered.
A COVID‑19 Vaccination Record Card (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card) which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered would suffice.
