Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Mentally STRONG | Full-Time
Mentally STRONG is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is not only clinically strong, but emotionally mature, growth-oriented, and motivated to build a long-term professional home.
This role is ideal for a PMHNP who values clinical mastery, predictable structure that supports family life, and meaningful impact beyond basic medication management.
7:30am - 5:30pm Monday
-Thursday. No nights or weekends. Fridays off

- Provide high-quality psychiatric care using the Mentally STRONG Method
- Intentionally integrate psychotherapy into medication management visits (CPT 90833)
- Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant documentation
- Respond to patient communications and clinical tasks within required time frames
- Model professionalism, emotional intelligence, and solution-oriented communication
- Uphold a zero-gossip, zero-negativity culture
- Address issues directly and respectfully rather than avoiding discomfort
- Contribute to a strong, accountable team environment
- Supervise and mentor PMHNP students and/or mental health technicians (as applicable)
- Provide clear, actionable feedback and clinical teaching
- Support the development of future PMHNP talent
- Pursue ongoing professional development aligned with organizational goals
- Contribute ideas for clinical programs, specialty services, or psycho educational tools
- Participate in pilot programs or new initiatives as appropriate
- Ability to manage personal stress without offloading onto the team
- High emotional intelligence and nervous-system regulation required
- Personal wellness is viewed as a professional responsibility
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
- Fully present and professionally focused during scheduled work hours
- Active PMHNP license in Colorado
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with psychotherapy-integrated medication management preferred
- Prior experience supervising students or mentoring is a plus
- Predictable schedule designed to protect family and personal life
