Human Touch Home Care – Home Health Clinical Manager

Human Touch Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage care management, quality assurance, and compliance for our home care services in Colorado. Experience in home health is required.

• Lead, direct, and support a team of nurses and medical professionals in a fast‑paced home health agency.
• Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations and company policies.

• Monitor and audit staff practices and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate the nursing program and individual performance to achieve optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in home health.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a health‑related field.
• Proficiency with medical software and eMAR systems.
• Demonstrated success in maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
