We are seeking a passionate and dedicated entry-level Therapy Care Coordinator to join our outpatient rehab location in Colorado Springs, CO.

Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends!
- Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Schedule the patient for therapy. If the patient is unable to attend therapy at our clinic (inbound referrals), help find a location that is acceptable to the patient and get the appointment scheduled (outbound referrals).
- Knowledge of optimizing scheduling
