Role Description
  • $35–$45 per clinical hour, depending on experience
  • Administrative Rate: $20.00 per hour for non-billable work

We are seeking a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor for a full-time, on-site role located in Colorado Springs, CO. The counselor will provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions, conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and offer therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical documentation, participating in case consultations, and collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive care. The counselor will also help clients set and achieve their mental health goals within a supportive and culturally sensitive framework.

Qualifications
  • Provisional licensure (LPCC) in the state of Colorado, including a Master s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong skills in individual, couples, and family therapy with a focus on evidence-based techniques
  • Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions
  • Proficiency in effective communication, active listening, and building trust and rapport with clients
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, upholding ethical standards, and providing culturally sensitive care
  • Preferred qualifications include experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of trauma-informed care practices
