Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit health care organization whose mission is to provide exceptional health care to people facing access barriers through clinical programs and education. We provide integrated health care services including medical, dental, and behavioral health through our 20 outpatient health centers. We deliver care with our strong "Hospitality" culture. Our service area covers 14 counties, from the front range to the Kansas border, with locations throughout Colorado Springs, Fountain, Divide, Limon, and Strasburg. Peak Vista is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).
Compensation (Pay): $21.43 to $31.07 hourly, based on experience
Sign on bonus: $1,000. $300 upon 30 days, $300 upon 90 days, $400 upon one year.
Current employees are not eligible for the sign on bonus.
Loyalty Bonus: $1,200 upon 1 year of service and $300 for each additional 3 months worked. Applies only to FT employees. PT employees prorated.

Provides patient care under the direction of a licensed healthcare provider. Schedules appointments and performs the necessary intake functions for arriving patients, assists in questions, directs telephone calls, and other patient service duties. Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of provider, patient, and assigned area. The Medical Assistant contributes to the success of the clinic by ensuring the quality of care provided to the patient.
Qualifications:- Registered/Certified Medical Assistant & Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
Relevant healthcare experience preferred.
