** Prepare for Patient Visits:
** Review and update patient records before face-to-face or Telehealth appointments, ensuring all recent test results and correspondence are up-to-date.  +
** Maintain Exam Rooms:
** Clean and stock exam rooms between patient visits, adhering to infection control standards.  +
** Patient Preparation:
** Prepare patients for their visit and notify the physician or mid-level provider when they are ready to be seen.  +
** Initial Medical Screening:
** Greet patients, take vital signs, and document basic medical history accurately.  +
** Assist During Exams:
** Support physicians or mid-level providers during patient examinations.  +
** Efficient Use of Time:
** Restock supplies, check inventory, and keep all areas clean and orderly.

* Qualifications:

** Communication

Skills:

** Excellent ability to take medical histories, understand instructions, and document information accurately. High degree of diplomacy and tact.  +
** Technical

Skills:

** Beginner to intermediate computing and phone skills.  +
** Flexibility:
** Willingness to adapt to various job duties and cross-train within other departments.  +
** Multi-tasking:
** Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.  +
** Cultural Sensitivity:
** Experience working with diverse populations.  +
** Professionalism:
** Knowledge of “Universal Precautions” and adherence to HIPAA standards.  +
** Language

Skills:

** Bilingual in English/Spanish or other languages is a plus.  +
** Driver’s License:
** Valid State Driver’s License preferred.
