Financial Analyst

VTG is seeking an Enterprise Staff Services - Finance Support (FS) (Financial Analyst) to provide financial support in Colorado Springs, CO, and Los Angeles, CA.

Enterprise Staff Services - Finance Support (FS) provides financial services across the OSL enterprise, coordinating with the NRO Business Plans and Operations Directorate (BPO) to ensure consistent financial processes and procedures. The FS establishes effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Financial services include accounting, finance administration, performance, cost estimating, and program control support. FS skill levels (Pl through P3) and applicable contract tasks determine the specific skill requirements.

Tasks may include:

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and information
• Provide financial administrative support, including transaction, payment, and claim processing
• Support resource decisions, perform financial analysis, and prepare documentation for budget formulation and execution
• Assist with program, planning, budget, and execution analysis for the OSL Launch Enterprise
• Provide earned value management and cost, schedule, and performance decision support as needed

Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Years of experience can substitute for education as follows:

Ability to:

• Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and information
• Provide financial administrative support, including transaction, payment, and claim processing
• Support resource decisions, perform financial analysis, and prepare documentation for budget activities
• Assist with program, planning, budget, and execution analysis for the OSL Launch Enterprise
• Provide earned value management and decision support capabilities as required

Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $150,000 - $210,000 annually. This range serves as a general guideline and may vary based on experience, education, skill level, market conditions, and contractual requirements.
