We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Wealth Associate to join 7 Sabers Wealth Management | Northwestern Mutual. The ideal candidate will assist our high-net-worth clients with personalized financial planning and investment strategies. This role demands a proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness in client interactions.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Support the development of tailored financial plans and investment strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolios and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings.
Investment Management:
- Assist in monitoring and managing client investment portfolios.
- Research and analyze market trends and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior wealth managers to execute trades and investment decisions.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events.
- Prepare and process paperwork related to client accounts and transactions.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred. - Experience:
2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field. Proven track record of working with high-net-worth clients is a plus. - Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
