Position: Financial Analyst with Security Clearance
Overview VTG is looking for Enterprise Staff Services - Finance Support (FS) (Financial Analyst) to provide financial support in Colorado Springs, CO and Los Angeles, CA. What will you do? Enterprise Staff Services - Finance Support (FS) provides financial support across the OSL enterprise and functionally coordinates with NRO Business Plans and Operations Directorate (BPO) to ensure consistent and repeatable financial processes and procedures are implemented across the organization.

The FS establishes and maintains effective working relationships with OSL, BPO and other stakeholders of the offices both internally and externally. These financial services include accounting, finance administration and perfo1mance, cost estimating and program control support. FS labor category skill levels (Pl thru P3) coupled with applicable launch service contract Statement of Work (SOW) tasks determine FS skill level requirements.

Tasks may include:
* Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements and information

* Provide financial administrative support, to include transaction, payment, and claim processing

* Provide information to support resource decisions, perform financial analysis and prepare documentation to support budget formulation and execution activities.

* Provide program, planning, budget, and execution analysis and support to OSL Launch Enterprise

* Provide earned value management and cost, schedule, and perfom1ance decision support capabilities, as required Do you have what it takes? Position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Poly;
Years experience can be subsituted as follows: 5 YEARS EXP = ASSOCIATES 10 YEARS EXP = BACHELORS 15 YEARS EXP = MASTERS Ability to:

* Provide information to support resource decisions, perform financial analysis and prepare documentation to support budget formulation and execution activities.

* Provide program, planning, budget, and execution analysis and support to OSL Launch Enterprise

* Provide earned value management and cost, schedule, and perfom1ance decision support capabilities, as required Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $150, annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
