Full‑time on‑site position located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial controls.

• Oversee financial activities including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Manage audits, supervise accounting staff, and develop internal controls.
• Implement best financial practices to ensure organizational efficiency and profitability.

• Strong accounting and finance skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and auditing.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and tax regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Leadership and management experience in supervising financial teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Experience in a management position or as a Financial Controller.
