About the Role

Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this Assistant Controller will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, systems improvement, and leadership across divisions. It’s a strategic hire designed to support the organization's scaling operations and enhance financial infrastructure.

Ideal Background:

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Large Public Accounting foundation required
• Active CPA license
• Strong experience with multi-entity or multi-state environments
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Up to $150,000 base salary + Bonus
• 401(k) with generous match
