Position Overview

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with clients. It’s a space where your love for speaking with people and creating memorable interactions is valued. We pride ourselves on being a 5 star client service company. You ll work weekdays at our studio in Colorado Springs, CO. Work within a supportive and friendly environment, with a strong focus on staff development and FUN!

• Daily communication with clients
• Answering and Responding to phone calls, texts, voicemails and emails
• In-person office position at our photography studio, this is not a remote position
• 40 hours per week:
  Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
