About The Role
We are seeking motivated Event Day Staff to support day-to-day stadium operations and ensure seamless execution of events and games. The event day staff position calls for a variety of positions that play an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for fans, players, and staff.

• Prepare and Stay Informed:
  Familiarize yourself with policies, procedures, and event briefings/credential guides before arriving for your shift.
• Pre-Event Assistance:
  Support setup and cleaning crews before the staff briefing.
• Briefing Participation:
  Attend staff briefings on time, understand your assignments, and ask questions for clarification as needed.
• Position Execution:
  Perform assigned responsibilities efficiently throughout the event.
• Adaptability:
  Be ready to tackle tasks that arise before, during, or after the event.
• Communication:
  Notify a supervisor immediately if anything unusual occurs or if you encounter questions you cannot answer.

• Strong communication skills with a commitment to clear and consistent updates.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, crowded environments.
• Professional demeanor, including appearance and attitude.
• Teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in groups.
• Standing or walking for extended periods. Lifting up to 50lbs.
• Working in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability for at least 85% of the home game schedule.

  Vary based on event and game schedules, ranging from 10 – 20 hours per week.

• Starting Hourly Wage: $15.50 - $19/hr – based on experience.
