Job Description
Experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs, is required.
Ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS standards and organizational scheduling best practices.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Cost Analysts, and Finance teams to align schedules with program objectives.
Perform risk assessments, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
Provide timely schedule status reporting and support customer reviews.
Act as a subject matter expert in scheduling theory, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities- Experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs, is required.
- Ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS standards and organizational scheduling best practices.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Cost Analysts, and Finance teams to align schedules with program objectives.
- Perform risk assessments, critical path analysis, and variance analysis.
- Provide timely schedule status reporting and support customer reviews.
- Act as a subject matter expert in scheduling theory, tools, and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of experience in program scheduling, preferably in a government or aerospace/defense environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of EVMS principles, IMS development, and WBS structures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- U.S. Citizenship may be required depending on contract/security requirements.
- Experience with DoD or Aerospace programs.
- Familiarity with IMP/IMS integration and contract deliverables.
- Ability to lead scheduling teams and mentor junior schedulers.
Competitive salary based on experience and education. Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000.
