Colorado Springs, CO | $34.58/hr | Full-Time, 6-Month Consultant

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire a detail-driven Buyer Associate to support essential supply chain and procurement operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring parts move efficiently through outside processing, receiving, and SAP systems—directly supporting production continuity and program success.

This is an on-site, contract opportunity with potential for extension or temp-to-perm for the right candidate.

As a Buyer Associate, you’ll support the Supply Chain team with day-to-day procurement and materials coordination, including:

• Creating purchase orders in SAP for parts requiring outside processing

• Coordinating and tracking parts sent to external suppliers

• Maintaining and updating shipping and receiving hold logs

• Communicating with internal teams and domestic/overseas suppliers via email

• Assisting with incoming receiving holds, clearing holds, and transferring parts to cleared racks

• Ensuring accurate SAP receipts once parts are cleared

• Supporting overall supply chain accuracy, visibility, and compliance

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies:
  1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or
  2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

• Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in supply chain, purchasing, or materials coordination

• Strong computer skills and comfort working in data-driven systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• SAP experience (highly preferred)

• Prior experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated environments

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working fully on-site in a fast-paced environment
