We are seeking an experienced Professional Civil Engineer (PE) with 10+ years in site development to serve as the Team Leader for our Colorado Springs office. This senior role combines technical leadership, client relationship development, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will oversee and mentor a high-performing design team, build and maintain strong client partnerships, and drive the expansion of our presence in Colorado Springs and El Paso County.

You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our office while delivering excellence on a diverse range of projects, including residential subdivisions, utility infrastructure, and commercial site development.

GOTTA HAVE IT

• 10+ years experience including site development, grading, drainage, and utility design
• Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado or the ability to obtain within two months.
• 5+ years experience managing others and civil project business development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Passion for our community, Colorado Springs, and developing an effective team and a fun work environment in our downtown Colorado Springs office.

• Design and management experience working on projects in Colorado Springs and El Paso County
