Insight Global is seeking a Lead Programmer to join our multi-disciplinary team at the United States Air Force Academy. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in facility management and infrastructure projects supporting one of the nation’s premier institutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead facility programming and project authorization for installation planning.
• Manage the development of project justifications, cost estimates, and compliance documentation.
• Advise on asset management, funding approvals, and project requirements for FSRM and MILCON initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and Air Force stakeholders to deliver state-of-the-art facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the Architecture/Construction industry.
• At least 3 years of Air Force Civil Engineering Squadron programming experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria and Air Force programming requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
