Skills & Qualifications
* Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
* Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in system engineering (e.g., Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements, or Test)
* Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
* 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance or an active Top Secret clearance is highly desired
* Growing understanding of DoD and missile defense command and control, battle management, architectures, and communications system concepts
* Experience with verification of requirements
* Understanding of System Engineering and iterative product development using Agile practices
* Experience in developing capability assessments and related plans and procedures
* Experience in scripting and automated test development is a plus
* Experience using MATLAB, Python, JAVA, or similar language environment
* Demonstrated experience with systems analysis or performance analysis
* Experience modeling or simulating missile defense elements or systems in similar domains Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Collaborate with industry partners in the development and execution of a comprehensive assessment program
* Evaluate systems under various scenarios and architectures to optimize overall system mission performance
* Perform analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
* Develop and maintain analysis tools, including modeling and simulation tools
* Define, schedule, assign, and execute tasks related to integration and checkout activities
* Support subject matter experts for integration and test domains
* Utilize MBSE tools such as CAMEO or DOORS, System Architect, and mathematical modeling and simulation
* Drive the system engineering integration and test or system analysis approach
* Develop and deploy integration and test processes, tools, and metrics
* Execute and document integration and test activities and events
