As an Engineer on the Warfighter Support Team, you will join a small team of engineers working in a dynamic environment, performing a wide array of technical and support tasks. You will provide direct support to various warfighter communities relating to Missile Defense System (MDS) sensors. The team is involved in various areas such as warfighter education, Wargames and Exercises, radar analysis, capability deployment, operational support, threat modeling, radar educational videos, etc.

This position requires domestic and international travel as an integral part of supporting warfighters and associated organizations.

• You will support various warfighter organizations.
• You will support radar education of the Combatant Commands and, in particular, Sensor Manager Cells on radar capabilities.
• You will oversee Wargames and Exercises as you participate in planning conferences, technical interchange meetings, and system testing, and assist as the radar subject matter expert (SME) during execution.
• You will contribute to the larger Missile Defense System (MDS) community & will support real world situations in support of warfighter needs.
• You will be involved with analyzing operational radar data.
• You will travel domestically and internationally in this role at approximately 25% to meet program requirements.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with radar systems and a background in the Missile Defense Systems or a related field.

• Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience traveling internationally and/or domestically to support business needs.
• Missile Defense experience, and knowledge of MDA elements and fielding configurations.
• Experience with Radar Analysis.
• Prior Military experience.

Salary range: $107,500 USD - $204,500 USD.
