Drive innovation at the cutting edge of semiconductor technology! We’re seeking an IC Design Lead to take complex integrated circuits from concept to production, leading a talented team and collaborating across disciplines in sensing, imaging, signal processing, and advanced systems.
What You’ll Do:- Lead IC projects end-to-end, from planning to tape-out.
- Manage a local team of 4–5 engineers and coordinate with global partners.
- Guide architecture, integration, and system-level design decisions.
- Ensure high-quality results while mitigating risks and solving complex challenges.
- Master’s in EE, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- 7+ years in IC design with leadership experience.
- Proven track record with tape-outs and embedded-system products.
Experience with consumer products, Cadence tools, Matlab/Python/Lab View, low-power designs.
