Millennial Software is looking for a self-starting, team-oriented Engineer to join our dynamic development team in supporting a Government customer.
Experience Requirements- Experience working proposals, team building, developing and maintaining metrics, facilitating and providing training, and shaping a culture required
- Experience managing System Engineers providing mentorship in the discipline is a must
- Being capable of working on site and with teammates from multiple companies and in geographically diverse locations is required
- Familiarity with agile principles and the ability to work with different teams within an organization also a must
- Experience developing prototypes and performing experiments strongly desired
- Modeling and simulation experience desired
- Experience with in the Space Force or with Space Battle Management is strongly desired
- Strong System Engineering and Proven Leadership Experience required.
- Experience performing system engineering for large complex systems to include requirements analysis and decomposition, interface definition, root cause analysis, application design, integration, and test.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience with multiple SDA and C2 mission systems.
- Exposure to commercial and non-traditional sensors and associated data.
