Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience & credentials)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | No Weekends
Sign On Bonus: $300-$500 based on credentials and schedule
We are seeking a confident, experienced Pre-K Lead Teacher to lead our 4–5-year-old classroom with a strong focus on kindergarten readiness, structure, and positive classroom culture.
The Learning Experience Banning Lewis Ranch serves children ages 6 weeks to 6 years and is proud to be a NAC-accredited and Colorado Shines Level 4 early education academy. We use a proprietary, research-based curriculum designed to support the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
This is a leadership classroom role for an educator who is organized, engaging, and passionate about helping children thrive in their final preschool year.

- Lead and manage a classroom of 4–5-year-old children
- Implement developmentally appropriate, engaging curriculum
- Prepare children for kindergarten academically, socially, and emotionally
- Create a structured, nurturing, and positive classroom environment
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
- Communicate professionally and consistently with families
- Mentor and support assistant teachers
- Maintain compliance with Colorado licensing, health & safety standards, and center policies
- Previous experience as a Preschool or Pre-K Teacher (ages 4–5 strongly preferred)
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of early childhood development and best practices
- Professional communication with children, families, and team members
- Dependability, punctuality, and high standards of care
- Ability to meet Colorado licensing requirements
, including required trainings and certifications - Colorado Shines PDIS Credential (3.0):
Level 2 or higher preferred - Must pass all required background checks and health screenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in active classroom duties (sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, floor time with children)
