Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Patient Ages: 100% Pediatrics

Call requirement - None

Required procedures – Extractions, Space maintainers, fillings, crowns

Credentialing timeframe – 2-4 weeks if candidate is enrolled in Medicaid
