Customer Experience Associate Overview
The Customer Experience Associate delivers exceptional customer service while supporting branch sales enablement and warehouse operations. This role serves as a key link between customers, sales, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring accurate order processing, strong lead management, CRM/ERP discipline, and a smooth, professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers at the counter, phone, and email
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims
- Triage and route inbound leads; track follow-ups in CRM/ERP
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Support sales documentation and quote-to-order coordination
- Pick, pack, receive, and stock inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe showroom and warehouse
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable in warehouse and customer-facing environments
