, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a friendly, people-focused team member who enjoys helping customers in the shop and building relationships in the community.
This is a dual-role position working Monday–Thursday:
- Customer Service Assistant in the morning and late afternoon.
- Community Outreach & Field Representative during midday hours.
Customer Service (7:15–10:00 AM & 4:00–6:00 PM):
- Greet customers.
- Check in vehicles (walk-around, photos, VIN, mileage, concerns).
- Assist service advisors.
- Answer/transfer phone calls.
- Pull keys, print invoices.
- Customer pickup support.
- Shuttle rides, parts runs, loaner car upkeep.
Community Outreach / Field Visits (Midday Hours):
- Visit local automotive-related businesses.
- Build relationships with front-counter staff.
- Explain our My Refer Buddy referral program.
- Document each visit (names, interest level, follow-up notes).
- Use a provided loaner vehicle for all field visits.
- 8 business visits per week.
- 2 new app sign-ups per week (until saturated).
- 2 new partner shops per month (until saturated).
- 10 paid referrals per week (goal).
- Base Pay:
- $18/hr.
- 40 hours/week.
- 4-day work week (Mon–Thu).
- Annual base: $37,440.
Monthly Tiered Commissions (Paid Referrals Only)
Tier - Avg Paid Referrals/Week
- Commission per Referral
- Tier 1 - 1–5 - $15
- Tier 2 - 6–10 - $20
- Tier 3 - 11–15 - $25
- Tier 4 - 16–20 - $30
Commissions are paid monthly and retroactive based on the tier reached.
Additional Bonuses- $25 for each new counter person who downloads & activates My Refer Buddy .
- $50 when a newly activated counter staff sends their first referral resulting in over $500 in customer repairs.
