As a Customer Relations Representative with Jenni King, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate community needs. We anticipate internal growth for driven, sales‑minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
