About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Intern to support our project teams on active construction projects throughout California. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world construction operations, project management processes, and jobsite activities. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in the construction industry.

Pay Range: $21 – $25 per hour (DOE)

• Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers with daily project tasks
• Support documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and logs
• Help review drawings and specifications
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and basic cost tracking
• Participate in jobsite walks and project meetings
• Support coordination with subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files
• Follow all safety policies and jobsite procedures

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong interest in the construction industry
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and terminology preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to job sites as needed
