About Our Client: Addison Group is seeking a Sales Manager for our client, a growing organization that values teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. This role offers the opportunity to lead a motivated sales team while working closely with executive leadership.

Job Description:

The Sales Manager will lead a sales team, drive new business opportunities, and support long-term client partnerships. This role combines team leadership, client engagement, and strategic planning with a strong emphasis on collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve evernet targets.
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to deal closure and client retention.
  • Partner with sales staff on strategies, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Track sales metrics, maintain CRM accuracy, and provide forecasting reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client events.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Travel frequently (up to 75%) to support sales efforts and meet clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of consultative/solution-based selling.
  • Skilled in CRM tools and other sales software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
