Responsibilities- This entry-level position involves interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and Sales Field Partners to manage the end-to-end process of pre-sales and post-sales account management.
- Respond to and assist Keysight internal and external customers with order fulfillment, end-to-end order management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, contract administration, and lease administration.
- Maintain close working relationships with Sales Field Partners.
- Partner with accounts receivable and collections teams to resolve invoicing issues and disputes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient quote and order processing.
- Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics.
- Proactively address a broad range of customer service inquiries, requiring planning, judgment, and critical thinking.
- Provide support via the 1-800 customer support phone line.
- Assist with month-end activities to address all outstanding customer requests.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce is preferred.
- Demonstrates a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks effectively.
- Regular onsite attendance is required.
Pay Range:
USD $42,090.00 - USD $70,150.00 per year
Note:
- Pay ranges vary by region for other locations.
- This role is eligible for Keysight's Results Bonus Program.
