• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
• Build lasting connections with clients, partners, and community members
• Present our restoration services with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and materials
• Represent Restoration 1 at industry events and trade shows
• Track sales metrics and client feedback to improve outreach strategies
• Continuously refine your sales techniques and strategies

• Proven experience in business development or sales (restoration or construction industry preferred)
• Existing connections in plumbing, property management, HVAC, or insurance industries are highly valued
• A natural gift for communication and relationship-building
• Self-motivation and independence with strong follow-through
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a friendly, persistent approach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma required; degree in business or related field is a plus
