The HR/OPs Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive support in day-to-day office management and human resources, ensuring efficient recruitment processes, successful new employee orientation and onboarding, and the accuracy and maintenance of employee records. This role ensures that all administrative activities are efficiently addressed, including calendar management, supply and equipment purchasing, file management, facilities management, administrative support and related activities. - Recruitment and Staffing:
Recruit candidates as requested by management (posting jobs, reviewing resumes, initial screening, scheduling interviews, preparation of offer letters, reference checks, background checks, and onboarding). - General Office Administration:
Provide general administrative support such as arranging meetings. Responds to and processes various requests from managers, employees and others. Exercise judgment when dealing with potential or real issues and bring them to managerial attention. - HR Administration:
Establish, maintain and control employee records, recruitment records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts. Assist in the maintenance of employee directory and company organization charts. Ensure effective receipt of and/or proper approvals on forms and enter changes in the HR software. - Employee Relations and Training:
Coordinate training events or programs and recommend resources, as needed. Keep up to date on current issues and matters in the organization related to the HR department. Assist with the logistics of the firm’s quarterly and monthly team events. - Facilities Management:
Organize and supervise travel arrangements, supply ordering and inventory, record and file retention, general office needs and assignment, landlord/tenant matters, and other related general office duties. - Administrative Support:
Allocate, assign and monitor all of the administrative resources for the Company to enable successful task performance. Additional administrative assistant duties as required.

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Competence in producing accurate and professional reports and documents; ability to present information in slides, forms, tables and spreadsheets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project Management software.
- Ability to deliver effective results, and meet tight deadlines and targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields preferred.
- 3 or more years of general administrative assistant experience, including at least 2 years of HR administration experience required.
- Law firm experience is highly preferred.
