Part Time Office Administrator
The Part Time Office Administrator is responsible for creatively and efficiently managing office procedures, light inventory/warehouse operations, and providing excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
General Accountabilities- Maintain and protect assigned Company assets.
- Represent Company in a professional manner to maximize client satisfaction.
- Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures, including safety manuals.
- Create accurate and timely documentation, including timecards.
- Be available to work outside or in addition to normal business hours.
- Work proactively and positively with co‑workers.
- Communicate effectively and timely to resolve Company, Client, or Colleague inquiries.
- General administrative support of the office as needed (office supplies, petty cash management, filing, data entry).
- Facility upkeep and maintenance as required.
- Review project folders and provide sales admin support (change orders, invoicing, bid support, delivery).
- Accurately document and store all project aspects (POs, change orders, NOCs).
- Reconcile jobs and process returns prior to close out.
- Create new Sales Orders for Direct Ship customers.
- Manage light warehouse and inventory, including:
- Shipping & Receiving functions.
- Scanning packing lists for Supply Chain Services daily.
- Staging & tracking of installation and service materials.
- Track and maintain inventory materials, including quarterly counts.
- Handle travel arrangements for overnight work as needed.
- Coordinate company apparel orders and safety equipment as required.
- Maintain conference rooms, training rooms, kitchen, break areas, and collaborative spaces.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computerized business systems; minimum of 2 years experience.
- 1 year experience with general administrative duties in an office environment.
- 1 year experience in customer service.
- Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Self‑starter with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under deadlines.
- Excellent keyboarding skills.
- Problem‑solving ability under minimal supervision.
- Effective business correspondence and presentation skills.
- Team member and cross‑cultural interaction skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Adaptability to evolving environments.
- Effective communication in English.
- Manual dexterity for reaching, lifting light objects, and operating office equipment.
- Movement in the warehouse, including ladder use and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Office is clean, orderly, well‑lit, and ventilated.
- Noise levels low to moderate.
- 20–25 hours per week.

Salary Range$23.87.00 ph – $34.38 ph DOE
