This role will play a meaningful part in the firm’s continued growth and offers the opportunity to take on expanded responsibilities over time as Season Investments evolves.

Role Description

This position plays a broad, supportive role for our team members, partners, and clients. The work spans a wide range of responsibilities, and most days include a mix of repetitive, rhythmic tasks alongside miscellaneous items that arise in real time; the responsibilities below reflect a thorough, though not exhaustive, overview of the role.

Client Service
  • Field incoming calls and emails with professionalism, discretion, and follow-through
  • Assist clients with account related questions and help resolve issues in coordination with advisors
  • Support in-office meetings via conference room setup and warm in-person client service
Account Administration
  • Serve as primary point of contact with custodians on account-related issues
  • Facilitate account documentation, profile updates, asset transfers, and money movements
  • Execute scheduled tasks, and monitor and respond to custodial alerts on a daily basis
Records Management
  • Maintain accurate and complete client and business records, including digital and physical files
  • Manage CRM database to ensure it is current, organized, and reliable
  • Support the firm’s regulatory compliance program by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible
  • General upkeep of office, including organizing, cleaning, plant care, stocking supplies, and mail processing
  • Assist with special projects, seasonal initiatives, and event planning as needed
  • Supply administrative and operational support to rest of team to reduce distractions and increase focus

  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and similar tools
