What You'll Do
As a Billing and Clinician Operations Specialist, you will be expected to:
Invoicing and Billing:
- Follow up with brands regarding late invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Review bank statements and mark invoices as paid in our billing platform.
- Communicate with brands about transitioning billing software from to Recurly (~150 brands).
Clinician Operations:
- Update internal trackers with shipment arrivals and other key operational data.
- Track review completion and perform quality assurance follow-ups on submitted reviews.
- Update the number of reviews needed on a rolling basis as new reviews come in.
- Remove completed reviews from Sales Rep forms to maintain accurate tracking.
- Review example review counts and enrich internal trackers with additional information as needed.
Who You Are
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative, billing, or operations support roles.
- Experience working with e-commerce or healthcare-related accounts is a plus.
- Familiarity with invoicing, billing platforms, and tracking systems (experience with , Recurly, or similar tools is highly advantageous).
- Excellent English communication skills—.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain clean and accurate records.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders.
- Quick learner who can adapt to evolving processes and software tools.

Rates and Expectations
- Work Setup: Remote
- Full-Time Role
- Rate:$5/hour (depending on experience)
- Timezone: Eastern or Pacific
