We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. This is a long-term contract-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the construction/contractor industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle concierge services, providing information and support to clients and staff as needed.
- Maintain and operate switchboard systems efficiently to ensure seamless communication.
- Respond to inbound calls with a focus on detail, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support internal staff and client needs.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and departments to support smooth workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall visitor experience.
Requirements - Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a detail-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and with a high standard of service.
- Customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing.
