Therefore, employees and volunteers of Young Life, during working and nonworking hours, shall: (i) be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization;
(ii) refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life, and (iii) abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities.

“Centralized Admin” Job Description
As a part of our continued commitment to helping field staff use their gifts and time most effectively, we are piloting a “Centralized Admin” role in the Liberty Region. The candidate will serve 3-4 areas, and be the main point of administrative contact for those areas. The hope is that this person will reduce the administrative burden on the field staff in the areas they serve.
This person will report directly to the regional office, but will serve multiple staff across the region. This is a one year commitment with the hope that the pilot program is effective, and turns into a permanent position.
Job Title: Area Admin
Hours: 15-20 hours/week. Occasional travel required.
Camp
Below is a sample of centralized admin tasks:
- Call bus companies to get quotes and secure transportation
- Work with staff person to coordinate details - price, departure, arrival
- Coordinate sign ups and registrations
- Create registration page in YLCC
- Create flyers
- Manage camp sign ups
- Communicate with parents about outstanding payments/forms
- Communicate with camp about quota, details, etc.
- Help administrate camp fundraisers
Communication
- Keep ministry site updated
- Update social media
- Work with staff person to create a monthly/bi-monthly newsletters to donors, friends of YL, parents, etc.
Fundraising
- Work with staff person in coordinating details for fundraising events
- Manage registrants/tracking of attendees
- Create and distribute save the dates, invites, and any material to be handed out at event
Finances
- Process and track any checks/donations
- Review MU revenue reports/donor lapse reports and communicate, as needed
- Help staff person with donor care/thank yous
Misc
- Volunteer Compliance
- Ongoing training on YL Connect and Workday
- Create and manage a system for CMI input
Divisional Expectations / Accountability
- Quarterly check-ins to evaluate and measure the progress of the Camp-related measures
- Finances (increased donations, camp payments, etc...)
