We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office events
  • Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and data entry tasks as needed
