Position: Administrative Assistant (Manufacturing)

Administrative Assistant (Manufacturing) – Advantage Manufacturing of Colorado Springs

Base pay range: $18,000 – $24,000 per year

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports daily operations and contributes to an efficient office environment. The role serves as the first point of contact for external parties and requires a high degree of professionalism. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, coordinating staff, and assisting with data entry. The Administrative Assistant collaborates with various departments to accomplish tasks.

Essential Functions
  • Reception and Communication: greet visitors, answer phones, manage visitor log.
  • Administrative Support: maintain office supplies, file documents, schedule meetings.
  • HR Support (Limited): assist with training completion tracking, maintain training records, support onboarding documentation.
  • Document Preparation and Organization: prepare documents, keep records organized.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience:

    high school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year administrative experience.
  • Skills and

    Competencies:

    strong attention to detail, professionalism, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to multitask.
  • Physical Requirements & Work Environment: typical office setting; ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Schedule:

    full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Compensation: base pay plus benefits including health, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
