Job Description

Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations, and time and absence system processing and reporting.

A bachelor’s degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at least eight years of payroll experience, including experience with Workday time/absence systems and strong technical skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage payroll input according to deadlines.
  • Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts.
  • Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage day‑to‑day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to payroll regulations.
  • Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration.
Education / Qualifications / Specialist Training
  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting.
  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Journal creation and account reconciliation.
  • Corporate finance experience.
  • Payroll processing managing inputs through output review and approval.
  • Payroll benefit knowledge.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, prioritization, multitasking.
  • Strong communication skills.
Compensation And Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
