Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain routine accounting activities while ensuring accuracy across reports and supporting documentation.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients when explaining findings or resolving questions.

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a closely related discipline.
- 3+ years of practical accounting experience in a professional setting.
- Maintain an active CPA or EA license.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
- Communicate effectively when discussing financial matters, explaining complex topics clearly and professionally.
- Show strong attention to detail and sound judgment when reviewing financial information.
- Exhibit integrity, reliability, and a commitment to producing high quality work.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Apply analytical thinking to interpret data, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Display professionalism and accountability when interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels.
