Accounting Specialist

Description

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a rapidly growing company in Colorado Springs! In this role, you will oversee daily cash operations including multi-office reconciliations, prepare and deposit receipts, and resolve any discrepancies. You will process vendor invoices, manage expense reimbursements, maintain the general ledger, and support audits. The position requires digitizing and tracking financial documents, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and recommending process improvements for greater efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Relevant associate or college degree in accounting, or at least 2 years equivalent, practical experience.

+ Demonstrated experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.

+ Proficient in Quickbooks.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
