- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare month‑end schedules and reports
- Generate month‑end financial statements
- Prepare and process payroll
- Produce cash‑flow reporting
- Coding and entering accounts payable
- Communicate with clients and team members
- Monitor adherence to controls, regulations, and procedures
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Provide proactive assistance to team members and department managers in executing department initiatives
- Other duties as required
- Opportunity to work hybrid from Colorado Springs
- Some travel may be required with occasional work‑from‑home options
- Expected 40 hours per week with flexible start times
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Quick Books® Online, & Expensify is a plus
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Ability to multi-task and switch between clients efficiently
- Rapid learning of multiple software programs
- Excellent Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF skills
- Self‑motivation with strong attention to deadlines
- Superior organization and time‑management skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
The annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 – $75,000. The range includes the anticipated low and high ends; actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and/or skill level.
