Peak hire, experienced drivers only, potential to convert to Permanent based on performance during Peak

• Blue Pay $1.70 per stop (pickups & deliveries both count)
• Target $200+/day (e.g., ~120 stops ≈ $204/day)
• Weekly pay (Fridays); stable local routes, home daily
• Benefits after 30 days for regular (non-seasonal) hires
• Fast onboarding for experienced drivers; start ASAP

• Report to the Colonial Heights terminal (AM start)
• Safely operate company P-series or 26' box trucks
• Scan, deliver, and pick up accurately; follow station protocols
• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Peak Season Training & Certification (accelerated)
• Experienced-driver onboarding focused on station protocols
• Ride-along validation with trainer (Gisela or Andrea)
• Qual Cert required before solo release (certified by Andrea Tena)
• Badge/TSA as applicable;
  Tuesdays 10:00 am preferred for onboarding
• Note:
  
  Peak leaves less time for developmental training—this role is for drivers with prior P-series or 26' experience

• 21+, valid driver’s license; eligible MVR
• Prior experience driving P700, P900, P1000, P1200, P1400 or 26' box/bulk
• Pass background and drug screen (company-paid)
• DOT Medical Certificate (non-CDL) (we can help schedule quickly)
• Comfortable with smartphone GPS and company scanner/app
• Safe, reliable, professional; can handle physical aspects of the job

• Prior Fed Ex/UPS/Amazon or similar route experience

• $1.70 per stop; target $200+/day
• Weekly direct deposit (Fridays)
• Benefits after 30 days for regular (seasonal not benefits-eligible)
